Use dressed lumber, seven-eights inch, dressed one side and edgefor the frame, making the corners ofthree and four inch strips. Make the stringers running length-wise and those crosswise and those onthe outside of the frame four incheswide. On thebottom use a 1x3 hard wood of somesort for a shoe, rough stuff, champeredat the ends. This is to serve as shoein moving this cabinet, to admit ofplacing a roller under it easily and tostiffen the frame. Sliding doors shouldbe full length of each apartment, that is,made so as to run open full length of eachapartment. Use one-inch mesh wireon the sides, tops and ends of partitionsand in doors all the way through, doubleselvedge wire is best as it may bestretched so taut as to fairly ring.
