Mazurek made of shortcrust pastry, covered with fudge caramel cream (with cocoa). A bunny made of coconut shreds and grated almonds. The eyes - raisins, the moustaches - lemon zest, the nose - candied orange peel. Twigs of cranberry or buxus. The crust was glazed with chicken egg yolk. Made in Poland :).
